Simone Biles
Simone Biles was an American gymnast born on the 14th of March 1997 in the city of Columbus, Ohio. Biles is believed to be one of the most outstanding athletes. Being a U.S. female gymnast, Biles was one of the few who won four gold medals in one Games during the 2016 Olympics. Biles was also the first to hold three world championships in succession. Biles was born in Spring Texas. Her grandparents Ronald Biles (and her sister Adria) took them in as adoptees. They grew in Houston's metropolitan area. Simone began to be interested in gymnastics while she was only six years old. Coach Aimee Borman invited her to Bannon's Gymnastix which was where they went on a field trip. Biles took home a gold medal for floor exercises and also a bronze in vault during the women's Junior Olympic National Championships in 2010. She then stepped into the top level of gymnastics in the year the year 2011. She dominated her sport within a mere two years. Biles was distinguished by her consistency in performance, vivacious persona, and the difficult routines she performed at the four events she competed in such as vault, bars with uneven surfaces, and the balance beam.
