Lis Wiehl was born on August 19, 1962 and was a former Fox News legal analyst.
She is an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School, previously an associate professor at the University of Washington Law School. She's been a legal analyst for the National Public Radio's radio program as well as The Radio Factor hosted by Bill O'Reilly. She was a regular guest on The O'Reilly Factor, Your World with Neil Cavuto, The Kelly File alongside Megyn Kelly Lou Dobbs Tonight the Imus morning shows, and hosts her own show, the Legal Lis radio show and the Wiehl of Justice podcast.
Wiehl completed her studies at West Valley High School, Yakima. She was born in Yakima. She has a diploma of Barnard College (1983), a Masters of Arts in Literary Studies at the University of Queensland (1985) as well as an Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Harvard Law School (1997).
Wiehl was a prosecutor in the US Attorney's office. The correspondent was a lawyer of the NPR program All Things Considered. She served as the "deputy chief of the investigative team for Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee" during Clinton's administration. She served as a law professor with tenure on the University of Washington School of Law Seattle from 1995 until 2001. Wiehl has been an analyst for Fox News analyst since 2001.
